Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
