I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

The staff at his office couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The services I was provided were at better prices and quality than I have been able to find at any other vetrinary offices. I wil always take my pets here and have recommended this office to all f my friends and family - many of whom now also take their pets to Dr. McCullough and Dr. Dawson.

My dog was seen by a number of vets before i finally brought him to the Waynesboro vet Clinic. I was told by other vets that my dog needed to be put down because there was nothing they could do to help. Dr. McCullough saw my dog, was able to diagnose a splenic tumor, and after a surgery that he performed, my dog recovered and is alive and well today. And the amount of money I spent at other practices trying to have my dog's problems diagnosed was more than twice what I ended up paying at the waynesboro vet clinic for diagnosis and surgery.

I would recommend this practice to anyone - they've been in business for over 30 years, so they must be doing something right!

I have a diabetic cat and he had gotten an resp. infection. they told me that is what it was in the visit but they said that they should could keep him overnight to observe him...they kept him for the weekend and told me it was and a resp. infection exactly what they had said days earlier.....then my bill was $394 .....When I got him home he sounded worse then when i took him in and wouldn't eat.....When i called them about it they told to try giving him tuna and call them in the afternoon if he still hadn't eaten.....He didn't eat so I called back. They told me they'd call me back i waited for hours...no call so I called again....again I was told they would call back....i waited an hour , they finally called and said watch him overnight and see if he eats......HE IS DIABETIC.... I haven't seen him eat or drink in the past day and a half or so.....he is an old cat and could die, but they don't care.
