Coventry Animal Hospital has been great to us. They saved our dogs life not once but twice. Almost everyone is extremely friendly and they are just there all the time. I swear they are there way past closing on most days because I drive by after closing and see patients leaving. Cost is just about the same as the other vets in the area.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting more than half a day. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I have been going to Dr. Marchetti for +10 years and will say that I feel like "family" when I go to the office. From arrival to departure, even though I may be upset because my dog is sick, we are treated with great care & concern. I have the deepest confidence when going to Coventry Animal Hospital and I am so thankful to know that my dog is receiving not just professional health care, but treated with love and consideration. Thank you for your excellent client/patient services!

I took my pet there as she was experienced very labored breathing. The VERY LOUD vet tech voiced her speculations (inaccurately). The doctor was rather negative and insensitive too, stating worst case scenarios without complete exam, even stating that some pets die on the x-ray table. X-rays were required but their machine was broken, which was discovered with my dying cat stuck in the room, without us. They never put her in oxygen, they didn't IMMEDIATELY examine her, waited way too long for a broken x-ray machine, etc.

There was no sense of urgency, or compassion shown. Beware.

Dr. Harcleroad, Dr. Gardner, Dr. Marchetti and the staff at Coventry always provide excellent care for my pets. As a CFA exhibitor and breeder, I am at the office sometimes once or twice a week and I always know they will provide the best care possible to my cats and other pets. Their compassion is without bounds and they are always up to date with the latest treatments and willing to try something new if necessary for the appropriate treatment of a pet.

As a long time client there are few other vets I would trust as I trust Coventry Animal Hospital.

The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
