They were far too arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. The staff here is not that friendly. It was hard to get any conversation out of them. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I had an appt at 9:30 am by 10:15 I still wasn't in and then they took a ladies dog in who was there for 5 minutes. ALL I NEEDED WAS A SHOT for my dog. That's all!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
