Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

My beloved Golden retriever Casey was suffering from severe arthritis that was so debilitating she could barely walk, so I made an appointment at Belmont Veterinary clinic in Youngstown, OH as they claimed they were canine arthritis specialists. As I had recently had surgery on my own shoulder it was a challenge to get my dog in the car for her appointment (the clinic's first appointment of the day), I struggled with preparing the car and tying to lift here into it for 15 minutes, and consequently we ended up being about 5 minutes late.

We were greeted shortly by an efficient and compassionate red bearded gentleman. He carried Casey to get weighed and then into an exam room, where the waiting began. An assistant eventually came in to throw some paperwork at us and let us know because of our lateness we would have to be worked in. the assistant made a couple additional return visits to our waiting room over the next hour to re-affirm our tardiness would be dealt with accordingly. During this entire time my sweet Casey was in pain on the floor of an exam room and completely ignored beyond the initial greeting.

After more than an hour wait I left the facility with my ailing dog, who was worse for the wear in making a strenuous trip to an unfriendly facility.

This is the worst experience I've had had with any veterinary services over many decades of caring for several dogs. I would strongly advise considering other options before bringing your pet to a facility with a total lack of compassion, and who's only concern seemed to be getting retribution from the client that was 5 minutes late, while totally disregarding the dog that was in so much need of attention.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
