The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. THE PLACE STUNK OF DOG AND CAT UNRINE AND FECES I DON'T FEEL MY TWO WONDERFUL DOGS RECEIVED THE BEST CARE I WILL NOT RETURN THERE FOR CARE AGAIN. Though the Vet was very good, the front staff was VERY RUDE!!
