CAT IS NOW IN ICU FOR 4TH NIGHT AFTER ROUTINE CHECKUP WITH THEM!!! Took my beloved cat Spooky in for vaccines/nail trimming. I couldn’t go in with him bc of Covid, and the vet took it upon herself to administer my cat Depo-Medrol WITHOUT MY CONSENT and tell me after the fact (I wouldn’t of agreed bc of the extra cost) She gave it to him for a mild case of gingivitis that she said could be corrected by more regular brushing. When we picked him up his mouth was hanging open and he looked dazed and confused. He progressively got worse and we had to rush him to the ER. His kidney, liver, and gallbladder are all failing now and it is not looking good. I am still clinging to hope that he will pull through. I can’t say for sure the steroid caused it because of legal reasons but we are gathering ultrasounds and evidence now that is pointing to the steroid shot. I am devastated and have been crying all week. I love Spooky so much and feel so much guilt for leaving him in their care. I don’t want anyone else to go through the hell that I am now. I AM WRITING THIS AS A WARNING IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
