Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Dr Applebaum was wonderful and spent over an hour assessing 5 rescue kittens that we have been fostering. He starts each examination with a kiss and really connects with the animals on an individual level. I had been using another clinic that was closer in proximity to where I used to live but I will never go back to another clinic - Appletree is it for us from now on

Dr Applebaum is a kind, considerate, knowledgeable vet, and everyone in his staff has a similar attitude. I love taking my pets to him, and I trust them implicitly!
