We have taken our pets to other veterinary services in the area, and South Mill by far is the cleanest, most professional of them all. Courteous staff greet you with sincere warmth, and our dog was given the best of care.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
