Dr. Sherri and the staff are caring, knowledgeable people who will offer you all the alternatives and allow you to decide what the best course of action is for your animal.

They handle emergencies well explaining to schedules appointments how one need can take precedence, especially if animal needs to be put down.

Thank you for taking care of the village needs for so long.

Dr.Sherri Hicks and her entire staff are the most caring, professional, loving caretakers of animals I've had the pleasure in knowing. She always has the animals best interest in mind when making medical decisions for them. She also donates much of her time and resources to the feral cat population in the county. I will always take my four-legged family members to Dr. Hicks for their daily and emergency care.

My husband and I are on a boat, and our cat, Ernie, injured himself, causing a nasty laceration. We stopped at Oriental because we found Dr. Hicks' website and saw she was close to the town docks. She saw us immediately, and worked through lunch to sedate and suture Ernie's laceration. We left Oriental today (the next morning). Ernie is back to his old self, running, jumping, and being adorable! THANKS SO MUCH to Dr. Hicks and her staff for taking care of Ernie on such short notice!!

I brought a rescued kitty in and paid for his HIV/feline leukemia test. Dr Hicks took care of everything else and said they will foster the kitty until he is adopted. True animal lovers! So happy to have found such a caring animal hospital.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
