They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
Our dog Silas had seen Dr. McMillan and he was the very best ever!
He was very caring and answered all of our questions and we went back several times for check up's and he was always so helpful with information and instructions.Thanks :)

We have been coming to this facility with our family pets since I was little. This is the first time I had to put one of my own pets down. Dr. McMillan was amazing and so comforting. He explained everything that was going on to me. In the end we decided to put Kit Kat down because she was in severe liver failure. After feeling like the worst person in the world for signing my pets death warrant, he gently told me that I was doing the right thing by her and that she knew it wasn't my fault that she had gotten sick. We got a condolence card in the mail a few days later signed from the staff. This is a great place and I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
