I have a 135 lb. Rottweiler who is very uncooperative when afraid--snarls and growls, but has never bitten anyone. Dr. Faudskar is a real pro when it comes to this. She doesn't back down or cower and she gets the job done. Even if it takes 3 hours of wrestling with him and backed up appointments (sorry everyone!). I couldn't be more happy and relieved to have a place to bring my big baby. And Carol (the receptionist) is a real sweetheart too.

They were decent, but not very affordable

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
