My first time visiting. Was very impressed on how caring she was. Answered all my questions, and gave the care my dogs needed. Will definitely take my dogs there again.

I have been here on multiple occasions since October 2022 to February 2023. Met Dr. Byron as he was retiring and now Dr. Carley, and have nothing negative to say about the care provided. Very caring, friendly Doctor and staff. Highly recommend.

This Place is great. They care about you and your pet. It's hard to find a vet that cares. I had to put down our dog of 17 years. My daughter never experienced losing a pet. The gentleness and caring they gave us was exceptional. Afterwards we received a sympathy card from them.

This facility is really great, I have not a single complaint. They handled my cat really well, which is no easy feat. Sorry to say my cat has the worst personality when it comes to anyone but myself. Bigfork AH was able to treat her and did a wonderful job.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely not! They were so dirty and disgusting

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, they answered my call right away

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
