I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.
