When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had to put down my cat, as he was becoming somewhat aggressive and I struggled long and hard with my decision. Dr. Critchfield made me feel that my decision was a good one. The office also sent me a Sympathy card saying that I should not feel bad about my decision. I really enjoy the staff as well!!!
