Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Dr. Nick and Dr. Andrea are very kind and compasionate. They have been our vet for about 6 years now because they quickly diagnose and treat our dogs. They are kind and compassionate and so are their staff. I appreciate their personalized service and follow up calls after a procedure. I drive an hour from Eagle Lake because I prefer the Pasuts and their staff and trust them fully.
