One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room because they had separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. There were also TV's to occupy my time while I waited.Although I waited a little longer than i wanted to I've waited longer at other offices. The assistant was pleasant and went over what my dog was due for, then the doctor came in. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding my dog's care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. When comparing them to others I have visited for routine stuff they are among the best I have seen.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
