I brought my dog in for an appointment recently. I was addressed rudely and felt uncomfortable about the questions they were posing to me. I felt as if I was being accused of not providing my dog with appropriate love and care. I have owned dogs all my life and they are a part of the family. They were trying to push shots and preventative care on me when I clearly stated I wasn't interested. I am looking for a new vet. Unfortunately they will lose a lifetime customer.

This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
