I have to say that they are just amazing. i have heard nothing but great news about the doctor here. so of course when i had to go i felt so much better to know i could trust that my pet would be well taking care of and that they did. My pet is still healing from her injury now but we had just went in this morning for a check up and once again wonderful people and service. Truly Greatful and appreciative !!!!!!

Dr. Meyer is awesome. This place is about 45 minutes away from my house and I drive hear because the staff is competent. They are also willing to work with you they are not rigid like some clinics are
I take my dogs to another place closer to my house and the veterinarian had a tough time taking blood, and the vet techs know nothing but how to hold a dog or cat in place for procedures VIVIAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL HAS CARING AND KNOWLEDGEBLE VETERINARIANS AND THE VET TECHS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING PLUS THEY CARE I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. This veterinarian was not very friendly to either me or my pet. That didn't sit well with me. . Because it was a Sunday, he seemed put off because my dog needed emergency care. He did not even do any bloodwork or an x-ray which would have saved her life. I lost my dog 3 days later due to incompetence.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.
