They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

First like anything, anyone can be good at doing the same things over and over again. Everyone thinks they go to the best mechanic, doctor, dentist, etc....however; when that major event / off the beaten path event takes place they sometimes don't get the results they hoped for, but think everything possible was done.

Dr. Zeitlin's practice is great at everything it does. Prices are very fair for routine care. Bring him a ton of animals at once and he is very reasonable :).

Have one of your pets get something strange, he will know how to handle it and if he doesn't, or isn't quite sure, or just wants to be really sure; he will confer with one of many other professionals he knows and I can guarantee that if your pet can be saved, he will get it done.

I have sent many friends, family and even strangers to this vet when their own 'trusted' one said "it's time to put them to sleep/there is nothing that can be done".

Now a few times they were right....the pet was terminal or the cost of care too much for the owner to bear. Yet, more times it was simply the wrong treatment....worse sometimes contradictory. Their vet was making the condition worse.

I recommend everyone to pick him as their veternarian, if he isn't make sure you at least get a second opinion from him prior to ending your fur-friend's life with too much haste.

I don't have pet insurance (I have 6 total so it would be cost prohibitive, I self-insure myself), I am sure they accept the major plans though...I put N/A purely for no experience in it.
