Have several pets and am always treated well. Doctors all seem to be very knowledgeable. Several times my animals received care that wasn't itemized on the bill as I have experienced with several other vets. If nails needed trimming it was just done and not another charge tacked on. One of my cats actually needed sutures during an exam and that was also included in exam fee. If meds are needed for a chronic condition the office is happy to accommodate. Office staff is helpful and attentive. I never have to wait long past my appointment time as I did in my former vets office.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
