People are nice, at least for the most part. Building and grounds are well maintained. Parking is sufficient though they could have more handicap spaces.

Internet connectivity is a bit of an issue and don't bother asking for help because all one receives is platitudes and justifications.

Location is close to my home, and I appreciate the opportunity to stay close and still receive UNC quality healthcare. Which is the entire reason I utilize their services.

In the end, if one wants quality and convenience this is the place.
