The equipment and gym itself is nice. Customer service, with the exception of Angelique, is seriously lacking. I cannot count how many times I've walked thru that door and the person at the desk hasn't even acknowledged my presence. I've spent many hours there in which not one employee has bother to look up from their phone/computer, much less, speak. There's obviously a lack of proper training.

I can truly say that this is the best place that I have had the opportunity to train and get back into physical fitness. The staff are outstanding Bradley, Angelique and Anthony do a great job at helping us all learn to get fit. Keep up the good work guys it well worth it in the end.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
