The nurse who took care of my mother didn't listen to my mom, even when she told the nurse not to take blood pressure in her one arm because of the recent mascectomy. It could cause permanent swelling and pain that she didn't want at her end-of-life care. The nurse said that she was only following "doctor's orders" and took her bp on that arm anyway. My mom did, in fact, become extremely swollen, not only in her arm, but it the swelling went all the way down her one leg! I was not told what to expect in her final days or even what signs to look for as she progressed. Unfortunately, I was not able to be with her, since I didn't know when she was going to pass away. The nurse was unprofessional and threw out the unused drugs in our trash can!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
