My visit coincided with a "tour" of the hospice house, conducted by Diana, a nurse who serves in an executive role, was perfect....quiet, peaceful, contemplative. The rooms were recently remodeled with large windows to enable patients and families watch the birds, deer, and other wildlife. Despite being close to Linglestown Road there was no noise all no matter where you are in the house.

I was especially impressed with the kindness, understanding, and compassion those caring for patients demonstrated through their attention and affection. Because of what I saw and experienced I shall place my husband in this location when his time comes. And I will leave instructions for my POA to be placed here in order to spend my last days in this remarkable place!
