Did the massage therapist ask you about your preferences for the massage before beginning?
Not at all. The massage ended up being the opposite of what I wanted
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I felt absolutely fantastic after my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the best I've ever had.
