Awful, awful service and the OWNER is very rude and unprofessional. I got married and bought a social living certificate for all my girls to get their nails done. The quality for the nails was appalling and completely unprofessional. One of the girls came out of the salon and it looked like she got her french manicure done with white out. The other girl's nails chipped that night and my gels peel off at the cuticle a few days later, because they were not done correctly. (You shouldn't pay almost 70$ for a mani and pedi and the polish/gel comes off.) When I called to complain, the owner told me I was lying and refused to stay of the phone with me...claiming she was done with this conversation. (She was not sympathetic at all, seeing this was for my wedding.) I told the owner that I was going to call the better business bureau and contact social living, she told me to do what I want.

When I came online to write a review, I noticed all the terrible reviews. I decided to call the owner back, and told her I just recently went online and the other reviews are awful, so "I'm not crazy."( I was not harassing her or being rude. I just simply said what I saw online.) She told me, "Well I just contacted the Smithfield police on you and if you call back on this number the police will be notified." She then hung up on me!

I am speechless that a business owner would be so rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. I called to complain about the service I received and was completely flawed by this woman's customer service skills. Can you believe that she would call the cops on a customer who wasn't even rude or raising their voice.

If you want your nails done right, go somewhere else. This business is completely unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers. You can't own a business and not have people skills. I will be contacting the better business bureau and social living Monday.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
