Treated my mother with disregard of her wishes. Her hair was cut atleast 2-3 inches shorter than it was suppose to be. They acted as if it were not a big deal, there after told her she would like it when it was colored. She wanted to have a medium auburn all over and walked away a brunette with 5 thick red chunky highlights in the front. Communication and concern was Poor, she had to take her heart medication from the extreme shock. This was suppose to be a positive mother & daughter day, after the service we were rushed out and left with disappointment.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Everyone in my community knows that Best Little Hair House is the absolute best in the field. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
