I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have the best prices I've ever seen anywhere. I couldn't believe how little I had to pay. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I have seen Brittany Barnes once and taken my 14 year old daughter twice so far! She does an amazing job and I recommend her to anyone who wants that extra special detail payed to their hair.
