Shame on me!! I received a gift certificate for a cut and color from my family and did not think to immediately look at the unrealistic expiration date on it. Less than 60 days, which is less than my average span on haircuts! Just after the expiration, we asked if they would honor the certificate. They morally felt that it was ok to keep 50% without providing services. Most businesses in Black Forest have more of a small town sense of community. Not these guys!

Black Forest Salon is a soothing place to go and get your nails done or hair cut. It is a very quaint shop, I highly recommend it. Deborah, Emily and Jasmine are the greatest!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
