The manager is one rude guy, he was awfully unkind to me. He should be careful with his manners and take some training courses about customer service.

I am a hairdresser but I took my mother to Elaina to give her a special treat for her birthday. I am very picky about who I see, but have heard great things about Elaina. She did a wonderful job! My mom needed a new style and Elaina picked a good cut! My mother looked years younger and got compliments for months after her hair cut. The service was excellent and I would recommend Elaina to anyone!

Awesome staff, very professional upscale place. Elaina was who I saw and she did an amazing job with high lites and low lites. Their hair care products are very nice. Excellent quality and reasonable prices!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Since i started coming here a few years ago I can 't go anywhere else. They do a great job with my hair and they are always friendly and great people to be around.
