I've gone here for year and use JenB...she always does a great job! After isolating because of covid 19 she will have a job trying to correct my self cut! LOL

I had a very bad experience with a Jackie who had just started working there. She ruined my hair dying a bright orange and then covering with a dark brown that came out black. She was rude and annoyed with me when she was trying to fix My hair is now falling out when I wash or comb from the damage done. The management was nice to me when they saw how upset I looked when leaving and offered to fix, but I needed to leave after 3 hours to get my kids from bus and have since been away.
