On 1/21/15 I went to Casablanca for a hair cut. I was put with MAdison
Weaver, That was the SORRIEST DAM hair cut I have ever had in my life time. I told her I wanted my hair cut to where it would turn under, instead, of turning under, it sticks straight out in the back...I know I will
never go back there and pay $50.00 plus 10.00 tip to have my hair ruined like it is...I came home and cried but I am going to have to wait about 3 months and see if I can a cut to straighten this mess out.. I would not recommend any one going there, maby a man and I am not sure even then..Treva Johnson

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, my decisions were always respected

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I had high hopes for Casablanca and i chose the salon because of its great reputation. boy was i wrong! unless you are wearing the right clothes, drive the right car etc... don't expect to be treated like a valuable customer.

I was recommended to go to see Zane, my sister goes to him and has been for several years. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist asked if i have ever seen him before, which i hadn't. i was put on hold, and when she picked up i was told that it would be at least 5 weeks for an appointment. i made the appointment anyway because the feedback about the salon. when i arrived, the receptionist was sitting on the couch talking to another client. after waiting almost 3 minutes at the front desk, she came over and shoved a clipboard at me asking me to fill out some papers and went on about her business. zane received 2 phone calls during my appointment and talked over me the entire time.

i did not feel special nor did i feel like the 30 minute appointment time was personable at all and definitely not worth the $50.
