Their staff is very friendly and professional. I loved that I was able to call and get the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. It was nice not having to drive over there to find out. However, the price I was given on the phone was $60 less than what I was actually charged and I provided my own hair. They didn't have affordable prices at all like many other shops but the end result is worth the cost. It was a great to see a price chart on the wall for customers. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. The owner stated several times that she sold the hair that I brought with me at a lower price. I already had the hair so I felt that telling me about her prices was over kill, but I will keep that in mind for the next visit. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. When the owner's children were in the shop the atmosphere made me feel like it was a daycare and not a salon. (If customers are encouraged not to bring kids that are not being styled then the owner should do so as well.) I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. I was told over the phone that my appointment was @ 7am but my stylist didn't arrive until almost 9am. She was awesome and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The shop & equipment are beautiful and well maintained....they take pride in keep the shop clean!! I appreciated that they had a television and vending machine on the premise as well. I will be going back very soon and I hope that my honest review helps to change the few things that I didn't appreicate.
