I wouldn't even give them one star. Took my daughter to have her hair cut and thinned, the next day when we washed it I noticed there was a 4 in, chunk of hair missing from the under layer of her hair. I went to the salon to talk to the stylist, who I also found out was the store manager, I just wanted to see if she knew she had done this and not said anything to me at the time, or what had happened, so I kindly asked her about it, and without remorse or an apology, she just said that can happen with the shears. NO THEY CANNOT. We have been doing this with my daughter at her normal stylist for 6 years now, and it has NEVER happened. The stylist didn't even pleasantly offer my money back, but she finally asked if I wanted it back, and I said Yes. She handed me the total amount for the cut, and I asked for my tip back as well. Like I said, I just wanted an apology and my money back, and since there was no apology, I am afraid I have to make a complaint. That is very poor management. We will never step foot in that salon again, and I hope you are careful if you choose to.

Worst haircut I have ever sick over it for about two weeks.I started out with shoulder length hair,came out with hardly any.I finally found someone to fix the very bad cut.I was looking through a hair book and I made comment about the girl in the picture so the girl took for granted that was the way I wanted my kept saying I have to cut the back I kept asking why,are you sure.I stated I just wanted my side thinned.I hate this hair cut,it's Tacky and its Tacky on me even more.Anybody would agree.Dont bother to talk to the manager,because all the girls side with each other,forget going back in there to give a true account of things.I will never go back and neither will any of the people I come in contact with!
