They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
