They do great nails! Their no chips last a long time. I have to go in because my nails have grown out not because they have chipped. They are very clean there which I appreciate. I like the team that works there. They are always friendly to me. The last time I was there we talked about asian cooking.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

I Went to this Salon on 8/18/12. This was the worst Experience I have EVER had. I normally don’t write reviews but I really felt that it is important for people to know how this place treats there customers. I also want to make it clear that it was not an employee; she was one of the owners. She started out by making rude comments to me about where I’m from and saying that its ghetto and that she can tell I’m defiantly from there. This really didn’t bother me too much until she keep going on and on about it. She also had told me that “If I wasn’t nice to my friend (the one that brought me there) that she would have her sister whoop my ass” She Literally said that out of nowhere. I was completely took off guard and embarrassed. I couldn’t understand why she would be so rude to me and threating me at the same time. I’m a paying customer and never did anything to her to deserve the unspeakable treatment I got that day! I was never rude to her or even gave her a reason to act that way to me. Once I was finally fed up I told her she needed to be nice to me and start talking to me with respect. Then she started to tell me I’m being defensive and laughing in my face with constant eye rolls. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. When I gave her husband my credit card to pay she shouts out “How much are you going to put on there for a tip”? I’ve never had someone ask me that at a salon in 10 years of getting my nails done and I still gave her husband a four dollar tip but I defiantly know that they did NOT deserve that tip. Trust me go somewhere else they were so unprofessional and degrading. NA

The salon was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their staff is friendly. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. The owner is very congenial and remembers your name. she does however charge for repairs which no one else does. I stopped going there because of it. Also they did solar nails for mew and the gel alwys wore off at the tips before my next manicure.

Mimi is the nail Moma! I am VERY picky and like my nails a certain way. I had a bad expierence at Platnium nails that is also in town and tried Crystal nails for the first time. THEY ARE THE BEST EVER and go above and beyond to make sure you get WHAT you want THEY WAY you like it! Im a lifer with MIMI!
