I've called twice during business hours and no one picked up. I left messages that I'd like to schedule an appointment but no one returned my call. The store advertises "walk-ins welcome" so I stopped by. The store hours were posted as open until 4pm but the door was locked at 3pm. A light was on in the back of the store. When I called later to check on their hours, they insisted they were open at the time I stopped by when the door was locked.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
