Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The let my mother-in-law fall out of her wheel chair and had to be hospitalized for a week. Total Neglect and they don't give a damn. Good place for dogs and cats.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was somewhat friendly. I didn't feel welcome there at all when i first arrived. they treated me like a cadaver. i was talking to them but they acted like i wasnt there. not sure what they were doing to me .most of my questions were not answered, nothing was accomplished to my satisfaction and I felt worse when I left - as in depressed but i could walk. staff was aweful but under staffed.good people were tracy, heather,and rebecca the nurse was ok. one great thing was the rehab(all rehab were polite, great at their job. they told me i would be in facility for 2 weeks and they got me walking and out of there in 5 days but everything else from not changing sheets, leaving me in my own urine, no sponge bath, one shower, messed up on my meds, didn't clean or bandage my wound (my doctor is certain this is where i got MRSA, slowed down my rehab considerably. i spilled my water and they wouldnt give me a new lid. could only have a new cup every couple of days. i watched my roommate almost die from neglect from the 4 days i was with her.she didn't have pt or ot for 4 days that i was there. her bp was so low, she was vomiting and pooping. at one point she had to sit in her dirty diaper because no one would answer our light. sometimes i would turn light on and they wouldn't even come into our room and turn off light some other way. food smelled bad and tasted worse. i would ring my bell and it would take them an hour sometimes to come. one time they didn't answer my call that i was using for my roommate. she was so sick that i had to take care of her. first night i was there a woman was yelling having sex with someone or herself - totally discusting. same night some man escaped from other side of building making all kinds of noise. i had not slept well for days and it only continued until heather worked. she would repossion me 3 times a night without me asking, therefore, i slept 6 hours a night. it was so nice and needed. she always had a smile on her face. she kept me sane when she was there. i hope you guys give her something for her good work. hope all of what i have said will heip patients in the future, thank for listening praying this will get to the right people and make a woodmont a better place.
