This facility is disgusting I have reported them to the state and they deserve to be shut down, they allowed my brother to go so long without food or drink he ended up in ICU on a vent
Also he had sepsis and was not getting care

NOT GOOD !! no one every answers the phone, you do not get your medications and the care is terrible. BED SORES , roaches and the food is terrible. The poor staff had to wait weeks to get their bounced payroll checks from June 8th to go through this pay day.

Wife stayed 20 days. They never checked her sugar level and
never allowed us to view diaper changing. One more day and
she probably would have died there. Had to take her to
hospital where they took 4 bottles of urine from her bladder.
The hospital reported a sugar reading of 1,100. She was in intensive care for 4 days. Luckily, I was able to take her out of this nursing home in time. She surely would have died there. Enter their premises at your own risk.

Over all staff members were nice but their niceness was due to the fact that State was in the building. Charge Nurses were great but Katrina Wilson, Director of Nursing was loud, unprofessional, a total weave where, wig whering hood rat with NO cooth. Cusses like a man, smoke cigarettes like a chimney, drink liquor like a sailer. Body cent of an hole in the wall night club rather than a lady. Bitchy personality. Loves the company of younger younger guys. In conclusion, a damn great nurse, RN, knows her job, takes her job and the lives of her patients very seriously, knows nursing like she don't know the bible, great teacher, enjoy teaching nursing to those that has a heart felt desire for nursing and a desire in making Turing one into a great nurse.

This is an older facility but full of charm and great staff members. The staff go out of their way to make every patient feel comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone.

I was treated courteously from the nursing and support staff. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is because of the roach infestaion problem. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping because my Aunt had shared with administration last week of the same problem, roaches. They briefly listened to me and wrote a report. There were roaches climbing on the walls and tiny ones on the floor in my grandmother's room. This is a safety hazard and sanitation issue. Roaches carry a multitude of germs and disease. My grandmother is sight impaired and therefore would not be aware if roaches were to climb onto her bed.
