I was hesitant to go to a nursing home being younger than the general population, but after the administrator visited me at the hospital I knew from that moment the level of interest for my well being and goals were the centers most important factors in getting me back home. The staff were superb, rehab awesome, nurses great, satellite had some tweaks with remote, administrator always trying to make me feel at home and make the stay comfortable, DON friendly. So many positives to say and they did exactly what they set as a goal to get me back home and to my prior level of functioning. Awewome team and I would HIGHLY considered this place for short term rehab.

They didn't pressure me during my tour to place mom here , which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to make a fast decision and it always made me very uneasy. My mom will absolutely return. She made significant progress after another skilled nursing facility couldn't help my mome. The nurses, therapists and administrator made mom feel at ease by treating her with the utmost respect. She had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They kept me imformed from day one and always had time to speak with me. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about Mom's treatment plan and eventual discharge back home. The co-payment prices were pretty high and we weren't informed until close to discharge. It would help make financial decisions if we knew prior to coming to the nursing home or at least the first couple of days.

I know mom would need skilled nursing and therapy services in the future and I would select no other place but Westside to place mom.

I highly recommend this place and if you have to come here or have a loved one who needs nursing home assistance

My health insurance is somewhat affiliated with this center and I was at first adamant on going to a care facility, preferring to go home. Pleasantly surpirsed the staff made sure I was well taken care of and made my experience and transition from hospital to care facility to home bearable and well worth the short stay towards my speedy recovery They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available--special mention for the Kaiser staff on site, the administrator, rehab staff, and nursing. Westside's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and truly go above and beyond. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after my elective surgery. Parking very, very limited especially when you have multiple visitors. Telephones? Need to consider more for rooms.

I took a dear friend of mine to this facilty and am very wary of these kinds of facilities overall. I was pleasantly surprised at their consistent attentiveness and kindness. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
