Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I am not sure what the other reviewers are referring to in regards to the offices being a mess and the nurses not providing good care. My mother is currently a resident there and receives phenomenal care. The staff is always warm and friendly and attentive to her and answers any questions I have. I brought her here based on others at my church that have their relatives here and loved it. I am very satisfied and would recommend this facility to anyone. Before you decide to not choose this facility you should go check it out for yourself!

Very poor quality facility. Understaffed. They typically force residents from assisted living to their nursing home. Very for-profit. Very incompetent lpns on assisted living side--day shift especially non-helpful.
Note poor rating from state of ohio, too.
We have used this facility and sorry we did.

No, but I can always find a seat

We have used this facility for an elderly relative. We found them very incompetent. We have had relatives on both the nursing home side and the assisted lving side and we had horrible problems with them on both sides.
The day shift LPN's on assisted living side are quite incompetent (one is over 60 years old and out of touch and inflexible to the point of dangerous).
Please, go elsewhere with your relatives. This place is about chandeliers (show), without any kind of substance behind it....
