He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I hadn't been to Sweet Brook in years and boy does it look beautiful!! The staff was warm and friendly...the complimentary lunch was good too!!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
