I have been working for this company for 4.5 years and had no issues within the company until they transferred me to this one building and I will tell you if you don't have thick skin, don't work here!! The management team leave right after stand- down. They are rude, unprofessional, and they are a tight knit click, if you don't fit into their click, you will not last long here at all. They will purposely find fault in your work no matter how many years of experience you have. You will end up being terminated. The resident's rooms are small, their bathroom is shared among more than 1 room for the residents, and the resident's drawers are broken. Find a better place for your loved one. I wouldn't allow a stray animal to live in this facility. Keep looking, there are better nursing homes that actually care about your loved one if you are looking for placement. Most Not for Profit are owned by this same corporation. So be very careful.
