I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
