The caring, and compassion shown by the staff is the best I've seen. My husband was a patient there for 3 years, and he loved everyone of them. The third floor staff was so kind and considerate, even in difficult times. The facility was always clean and well taken care of, special thanks to miss porter, and miss Rose, for love and compassion for my husband and the kindness they showed me. If you have a loved one that needs full time care, I would highly recommend Sea Breeze in Mobile, Ala.

a relative of mine was admitted to Sea Breeze last week, and I was very,very impressed with both the facility and the staff! Very clean and neat, staff was friendly and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

The Adminstration is new. So I feel like he deserve a chance to prove himself. But as for those head thats been there a while they are liars and they don't seem to have genuine attitude toward patient. If you compliant they listen but nothing is done to correct your problem. Morning shift seems to over staffed and evening shift under staffed. 3rd floor employee are not the friendliest or professional group but they are tolerable sometime. They definitely need to do some thing about the diet for the patient. Too many quit meals in evening older people do not related to hamburger and french fries and cold cut sandwiches.There is definitely lots of room for improvement. Hire people who love their work and not just a pay check. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often and the worker need to quit stealing from the patients.

Mother was there for 24 hours. It was supposed to be for 21 days. Place was nasty, room was hot, and food came cold, first night.

I went to see her the next morning. Blood coming out of her nose, had her knocked out. Huge lump/bruise/cut on her forehead,feet and hands swolen up, and trouble breathing. No doc had seen her for lump/cut/bruise, and she's on blood thinners. I inquired about how it happend, and nobody knew a thing and said they were "investigating it". Finally since we wouldn't take that for an answer they sent her to ER. ER kept her as she had fliud on her lungs.

She WON'T be going back there. Unless you severely dislike someone, I certainly wouldn't send them to Sea Breeze.
