Had a family member here in 2019-2020 and everyday she asked to get her out! Some of the aides were rude and disrespectful. She had bruises and open sores on her legs from the lifting machine. She cried and was extremely unhappy. Her husband, a devout Catholic, wouldn't move her, but when he was ill, he didn't want to go there. If you put your loved one here, make sure you check on them often.

My wife has hade three strokes and eight years .Saint Anne's is the fourth place Cindy has stayed at and the eight years . Cindy and I lifted weights and had trainer's for over ten years . They are by far the best place I have been at everyone that works there is five STARS form Me and Cindy . Just one of many (I’m sure) awful, miserable, filthy, dreary, hell holes of a place where loved ones are supposed to receive ‘care’. Now you would expect that care to be compassionate quality care, but that is far from what you get. What they should tell you in advance is the kind of care St. Anne’s offers, which happens to be ‘I DON’T CARE’! There are a small handful that seem to try but the rest of the staff is pathetic, rude, unqualified and should most definitely be in another profession. If you want your loved one to be left on a toilet alone for 45 minutes, chastised when asking for help, eat crappy poor quality food and drugged at night, then please come in and ‘WELCOME TO THE CUCKOO’S NEST’. My god you think this place could do better. Sickening.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
