The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

To The nursing staff at Rosewood, especially Kim, was so loving and kind to my best friend Karen. She is now passed on but the staff made her last days comfortable and filled with love. Thank you to all the nurses, aides, dietitians, cleaning staff, you all were so supported of Karen. On her behalf I will not forget your kindness and love provided to her by all of you.

love the fact that they are small enough where everyone knows your name. they really care, althogh there are some nurses and aides that need to go...once that happens, it will be top notch. love the staff in the admn. office...kelly, chris and teri.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
