I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
