I noticed no oral care being given to my mother , she had sores in her mouth. I had to ask staff to give her sips of water when ever they passed her room. I found her laying is stool from her knees up to her back, 3 times and her bandage over the bed sore was socked, so I removed it and cleaned her my self. Some of the staff did not wash her up. I also saw a nurse who trying to insert a catheter and hit the pubic area three times before inserting it wrong, for a day and a half there was no out put in the bag, I had to keep reminding staff to check it.
Not happy with the care I saw given at all
